Asin denies the report of being overtly friendly with Salman Khan

And yeah, contrary to reports, no exchange of gifts happened on the sets!

There was buzz that Salman Khan gifted a glamorous glass doll as a belated Onam gift to Asin. We recently bumped into Asin and asked her about her 'good friendship' with Sallu.

Hrithik Roshan injured at the set of Kites

The sets of his home production Kites have not proved to be lucky for Hrithik Roshan as the daredevil actor met with a minor accident at the sets in Mumbai on Tuesday.

Hrithik was shooting in the suburbs for a stunt scene where he was supposed to break a glass. During the shot a piece of glass pierced his wrist. He was taken to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Centre in suburban Andheri and later discharged.

"Hrithik Roshan got hurt while shooting and we brought him to the hospital. He has got stitches in his hand but will be out soon," said Anurag Basu, Director.

But this is not the first time that Hrithik Krrish Roshan has been accident prone whilst filming. The actor hurt his knee on the Las Vegas schedule of Kites last year while filming some very dangerous stunts.

When Slumdog Millionaire' star Freida Pinto had a dream meeting with Angelina Jolie at the Critics Choice Awards, Jolie had some good advice for the tongue tied debutante.

Recalling the meeting, the 24-year-old Indian actress told Extra in an interview:

"I didn't say much. I was just like staring in awe for a bit... She was really wonderful to talk to and very supportive of newcomers... She's just like, 'Embrace it. Enjoy it and keep it real. Don't get affected by all this. Enjoy every moment.'"

Pinto, a former model, also revealed how she felt about Leonardo DiCaprio, admitting she "fantasized about him. Had a crush on him. Ever since 'Titanic'... This is really embarrassing... I had a scrapbook with everything Leonardo in it."

"The crush is gone but the admiration is still there," adds Pinto.

Actress Kareena Kapoor seems to have realised the fact that it would be extremely difficult to work together with another actor with a cold heart.

After all, her rapport with Salman Khan turned bitter only because of her ex-beau Shahid Kapoor.

So, the bold and beautiful actress offered her hands of friendship to Salman on the sets of their new film.



It was during the shooting of the film Main Aur Mrs Khanna that the actors buried their differences. It's reported that director Prem Soni discussed the scenes with them separately when the shooting of the film began. However, Kareena broke the ice by approaching Salman to discuss a sensitive scene. They got along very well thereafter.

"My wife kept telling me I should try the genre. I had never done horror before.

I have roped in Farhan Akhtar and Konkana Sen Sharma to play the lead. Other Bollywood biggies too have a significant role to play.”

And interestingly, for the first time ever, the two kings of Bollywood- Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan- have made a guest appearance.

Amrita, evidently, did not like the hustle-bustle and appeared quite uncomfortable.

As the shutterbugs asked her to pose, which she gladly did, she politely turned down the request to take off her shades. “Ma’am, can you take off the goggles, please?” said our lensman.

“No, I can’t do that as my make-up is spoilt,” was Amrita’s prompt reply. We tried to coax her again, but the actress just turned around, touched-up and was back with the shades still on. “I am telling you, my make-up is all smudged, so, I am not going to remove my shades,” she insisted.
